Funnels grow up, and macros get faster

This release is all about scaling your setup across stores and getting good answers out the door faster. Funnels move to the organization level, macros become far quicker to build, the inbox picks up a handful of quality-of-life wins, and roles get clearer.

New

Funnels, authored once for your whole organization

Funnels

What used to be called the graph is now simply your funnel. Build multiple named funnels per category at the organization level, and each store links to the one it needs with a read-only preview, so your brand voice and policies stay in sync across every store. The old step-by-step wizard is gone, the visual editor now does everything on its own.

Turn any reply into a reusable macro

Macros

Create a macro directly from a ticket's reply draft, and drop in customer details by simply typing a bracket to get inline autocomplete for merge variables, including a new agent-name variable for your store's AI persona. Macros now live in the store navigation for every team member.

Export a full ticket thread

Inbox

Export any conversation as a clean plain-text transcript, handy for records, escalations, or sharing context with someone outside Solvias.

Customer emails rescued from spam

Inbox

Real customer emails that land in your mailbox's spam folder are now automatically pulled back into Solvias as draft-only tickets, so a misfiled message never means a missed customer.

Import your email history for context only

Onboarding

When connecting a mailbox you can now import past emails for AI context only. Solvias learns your tone from them and closes the imported tickets automatically, so your live inbox stays clean.

Improvements

A cleaner, calmer funnel editor

Funnels

We simplified action tags to plain labels, tidied up node panels, tooltips, and port alignment, and made holding a node the single, obvious way to pause a funnel, no hidden settings.

Smarter merge variables and faster attachments

Macros

Macros gained more merge variables and now warn you when you apply one with an empty field. Sending a macro with attachments is quicker too, with no download-then-reupload round trip. Agents can now manage macros as well.

Sign in with a 6-digit code

Accounts

Email verification during sign-up now uses a short 6-digit code you type in, instead of a magic link. Faster to complete and easier on shared or restricted inboxes.

Clearer roles and access

Roles

Billing is now owner-only, and organization-level authoring such as macros and funnel templates is reserved for owners and admins, giving each role a cleaner, safer scope.

A clearer spam view

Spam

The spam list now shows the true total count, and you can close everything in it at once.

Fixes

Replies that speak the customer's language

AI

Drafted replies now open and sign off in the customer's own language instead of a fixed English greeting, with a standardized, on-brand greeting and closing from start to finish.

A reliable needs-reply count

Inbox

The shared needs-reply count now stays consistent across the inbox name pill and the side rail, so the number you glance at always matches reality.

Snappier inbox filters

Inbox

Switching between inbox quick-filters is now near-instant. We removed a delay that could take around 20 seconds on busy inboxes.
