How Re:amaze per-seat pricing works
On Basic, Pro and Plus you pay for every team member, each month. A team of three on Pro is $147 a month before any AI usage. Hire a fourth person for the holiday rush and the bill goes up by another seat.
The Starter plan is the exception. It costs $59 flat for unlimited members, with everything in Basic, but stops at 500 responded conversations a month. Re:amaze doesn't publish what Starter includes for the AI Agent or what happens past 500.
Annual billing takes 10% off the per-seat plans: $26.10, $44.10 and $62.10 per member a month.
How much is the Re:amaze AI Agent?
Each seat comes with a monthly allowance of AI Agent resolutions: 5 on Basic, 10 on Pro, 20 on Plus. Past the allowance, each resolution costs $0.85.
The allowance is small for a busy store. Three seats on Basic include 15 resolutions. A store with 400 tickets and a 60% automation rate has 240, so 225 are billed, which adds about $191 to the month.
The AI Agent is labeled Beta on the Re:amaze site. It works on chat, email and SMS and draws on your response templates, custom AI context and Shopify data.
