Solvias now has a free plan, and the paid plans include more tickets. The inbox updates live and shows which teammate is on a ticket, every store gets its own sender name and signature, the whole Shopify order sits next to the conversation, and the Auto-send switch on your funnels now really sends.

Questions without a funnel are now answered straight from your knowledge base, every organization gets starter funnels that check the real order before they reply, macros keep their formatting all the way to the customer, and a help center and getting started checklist make the setup easier to learn.

This release brings fair, work-based billing so you only pay for what the AI actually handles, adds in-app notifications so nothing slips through the team, and teaches your funnels to branch on real order facts. The inbox also learns a bit more about each customer.
