Bulk actions, customer profiles, and a year of history

Work through tickets and macros in batches, keep a note and every email address on one customer, and keep message content for a full year instead of 90 days. Closing a ticket now really ends it, and a long list of fixes makes email, Shopify and AI drafts steadier.

  1. Close, reopen, mark read and tag tickets in bulk

    Inbox

Hover a ticket to tick it, Shift-click to select a range, and act on up to 100 tickets at once from the menu above the list, in a store's inbox or in All tickets. Close, reopen, mark read or unread, and add or remove tags in one go. Every action has an Undo, and each ticket's history reads as if you had handled it on its own.

  2. One customer, every address, one note

    Customers

The Customer card beside a ticket now has a pencil to give the customer a name, a note your whole team sees on every ticket from them, and the other addresses they write from. Previous tickets then lists tickets from all of those addresses. When a ticket names an order placed with a different email, Solvias suggests they might be the same person and you decide: link them, or dismiss the suggestion for good.

  3. Change many macros at once

    Macros

Select macros on the Macros page the same way you select tickets, then change which stores they apply to, file them all under one category, or delete them together. A preview shows how many macros each store gains or loses before anything changes, and warns you when a macro would be left on no store.

  4. Signature and order currency merge fields

    Macros

Add the Signature merge field to sign a macro with your store's signature, logo included, and each store using the macro signs as itself. A new Order currency field joins the set, and Order total now shows in the customer's own currency.

Improvements

4
  1. Message content is kept for 12 months

    Inbox

The text, subject, addresses and attachments of every email on a ticket are now kept for 12 months instead of 90 days, so older conversations stay readable. After that the content is removed for good and the ticket itself stays.

  2. An organization menu one click away

    Navigation

The organization name at the top left now opens a menu with your Dashboard, Analytics, Funnels, Knowledge and Macros, plus Switch organization when you belong to more than one. Organization settings are ordered like a store's, with General first.

  3. An email when your AI allowance runs out

    Billing

When your organization reaches its AI allowance, the owner now gets an email as well as the notice in Solvias, so a paused AI on the free plan or the start of extra tickets on a paid plan never goes unnoticed.

  4. Order details that load faster and say when Shopify is busy

    Orders

Solvias now spaces out its Shopify requests per store and remembers a customer's orders for two minutes, so reopening a ticket is quicker. When Shopify turns a request away, the panel says so with a Retry button instead of showing a customer with no orders, and the AI holds its draft rather than telling a customer their order could not be found.

Fixes

4
  1. Closing a ticket really ends it

    Tickets

Closing a ticket now stops any reply still scheduled to go out and keeps it as a draft, and AI work that finishes after you close a ticket never reopens it.

  2. Steadier drafts and auto-sends

    AI

When a customer attaches a file, the reply now waits for your team instead of auto-sending, since the AI cannot open attachments. Drafts for stores with a signature no longer sign off twice, a funnel macro goes out without a stray signature, and a translated macro keeps its merge fields exactly as written.

  3. Every email arrives whole and in the right ticket

    Email

Large emails on IMAP mailboxes, often customers sending photos, now arrive with their text and attachments instead of an empty body. A reply that names an earlier message joins that message's ticket, very long reply chains are cleaned properly, and a Gmail account whose access was revoked is now flagged as needing you to reconnect.

  4. Smaller fixes

    Reliability

Typing quickly in the funnel editor no longer crashes it, and removing a store finishes reliably instead of hanging on Removing. Tags keep accents and non-Latin letters, and a teammate who is invited while signed out can create an account or log in and land straight back on the invitation.
