Re:amaze charges per team member and meters its AI. Solvias charges per ticket and includes the AI. Here is what that means for your bill, your team and your inbox, with every Re:amaze number taken from its own pricing page.

Re:amaze monthly billing, checked October 1, 2026. Basic includes 5 AI resolutions per user, so 15 here; each one after that is $0.85. Re:amaze grows with every seat: a one-person store at 100 tickets pays about $76. Its $59 Starter plan covers unlimited members and 500 conversations, but its AI allowance is not published. Re:amaze bills in dollars, Solvias in euros.

Per seat or per ticket: what changes on the bill

Re:amaze prices per team member: $29 on Basic, $49 on Pro and $69 on Plus each month. Every new hire, part-timer or freelancer during peak season adds a seat.

Its AI Agent comes with a small allowance per user: 5 resolutions on Basic, 10 on Pro, 20 on Plus. After that, each one costs $0.85. A three-person team on Basic gets 15 a month, which a store with 400 tickets uses up in its first days.

Solvias prices per ticket you reply to. Seats are unlimited on every plan, and Solvias AI is included whether it writes the reply or a person does. Adding people never changes the bill. Volume does.

To be fair: for a single person with low volume, Re:amaze can be close. One seat on Basic is $29, about what our Launch plan costs. The gap opens as the team and the AI's share grow.

Screenshot of the Re:amaze pricing page on October 1, 2026: Basic $26.10, Pro $44.10 and Plus $62.10 per team member a month billed annually, against $29, $49 and $69 on monthly billing.

Channels: where Re:amaze does far more

Re:amaze is built as a multi-channel inbox. Basic covers email, live chat and social, including Facebook, Instagram and X. Pro adds SMS and voice. Plus adds video calls. It also offers a status page and Peek, a live co-browsing tool.

Solvias does email for Shopify stores and nothing else: Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP and SMTP mailbox. No chat widget, no social DMs, no phone.

If your customers expect a chat bubble or a callback, Re:amaze fits better. If they write to your support address and the volume is the problem, a tool built only for email keeps things simpler.

What the AI and your agents can do in Shopify

From a Re:amaze conversation, agents see orders, items, fulfillments and refund status. They can refund and cancel orders and create draft orders. Its AI Agent, labeled Beta on the site, uses your response templates, custom AI context and Shopify product and order data.

Solvias has read-only access to your store. It reads the order, the fulfillment and the carrier tracking, and it never refunds, cancels or edits. A refund request goes to a person with the order and a suggested reply attached.

Every Solvias category also starts in review mode. Solvias AI drafts, someone on your team approves. You switch on auto-send per funnel once the drafts match what you would have written.

How Solvias keeps answers accurate

In Solvias you build a funnel for each type of question. A where-is-my-order funnel can check whether the parcel shipped before the AI writes. A cancellation funnel can check whether the order is still inside your window.

When a question isn't covered by your knowledge base, Solvias AI hands it to you instead of guessing. The question lands in a Gaps list, linked to the ticket that raised it, so you write the article once.

Where your customer data lives

Re:amaze's data processing agreement lists Amazon Web Services in the United States as its datacenter. We found no EU hosting option on its pricing, DPA or GDPR pages.

Solvias stores data in the EU, encrypted at rest, and never uses your emails to train shared models.

Trying Solvias next to Re:amaze

You can test Solvias without touching your Re:amaze setup. Connect your support mailbox and Shopify, and Solvias AI drafts in review mode while Re:amaze keeps handling chat and social.

  • Day 1: connect the mailbox and the store, publish the starter funnels
  • Week 1: hold the Solvias drafts against the email replies your team sends
  • Week 2: turn on auto-send for one category, usually where is my order
  • After that: move email to Solvias and keep Re:amaze only for the channels you still need, or drop it

The first 50 tickets are free with no credit card, so the trial costs nothing but an afternoon.

Who is behind each tool

Solvias is new. We are Arthur and Bryan, dropshippers and brand owners with over 30 million in revenue across our stores. We built Solvias for our own support inboxes and tuned Solvias AI on our own tickets for six months before opening it up. Read our story.
