A free plan, a live inbox, and signatures per store

Solvias now has a free plan, and the paid plans include more tickets. The inbox updates live and shows which teammate is on a ticket, every store gets its own sender name and signature, the whole Shopify order sits next to the conversation, and the Auto-send switch on your funnels now really sends.

  1. A free plan, and a clear end to the trial

    Billing

The free plan includes 50 AI tickets and up to 100 AI drafts a month, no card required, and refills every month on the day you choose it. When the allowance runs out, the AI pauses but Solvias stays open, so you can keep answering tickets yourself. Each Shopify store can use the free plan once. A new organization starts with a 14-day trial of 50 AI tickets, and when either runs out you pick a paid plan or the free plan to carry on. On the free plan, the AI stays on while someone signs in at least once every 30 days; we email you a week before it would turn off, and signing in turns it straight back on.

  2. A live inbox that shows who is on a ticket

    Inbox

New tickets and changes appear in the inbox as they happen, without a refresh. You can see which teammate is viewing or replying to a ticket, and if a customer or a teammate added something while you were writing, Solvias asks before you send instead of sending over it.

  3. Your own sender name and signature for every store

    Email

Under Store settings, Email, set the name your replies come from and a signature with formatting, links and images. The signature appears in the reply editor, where you can edit or remove it for a single reply, it replaces the AI's sign-off, and sent replies show it in the thread.

  4. The whole Shopify order next to the conversation

    Orders

The order card now lists every product with its picture, variant, SKU, quantity, discount and shipping state, with fees and shipping protection after the products. It shows the amount charged and every refund, and the shipping address with one-click copy, plus the billing address when it differs.

  5. Macros filed by category, in every language

    Macros

File a macro under the categories it answers. The Macros page and the macro menu in the reply editor are grouped by category, and saving a reply as a macro fills in the ticket's category for you. When a funnel reaches a macro that has no version in the customer's language, the AI translates it and holds the reply for your review instead of sending it.

  6. Order shipped and Order delivered checks

    Funnels

Two new checks branch on where the parcel is, and each explains its answer on the ticket trace. Solvias tells you plainly when your carriers send no tracking updates, because these checks then answer No, and the Where is my package starter now reads well without a tracking feed. You can also create an order tag or property without leaving the funnel builder.

  7. Aim an organization article at the stores it applies to

    Knowledge base

An organization article can now be aimed at a chosen set of stores, picked from a new Applies to column, and a store no longer sees articles meant for others. Duplicate an article to start a new one, and a store's knowledge base is now one list with one switch per shared article.

  8. How it works videos

    Help

A How it works button in the header of the inbox, Funnels, Knowledge, Macros and Settings pages opens a short walkthrough of that page.

Improvements

4
  1. More tickets on every paid plan, and plan changes without a password

    Billing

Growth now includes 400 AI tickets a month and Scale 1,500, and an extra ticket costs €0.35, or €0.25 on Scale. A ticket counts only once its reply has actually been sent. Changing plans shows what it costs and when you renew, and you confirm on that quote instead of typing your password; canceling asks for a reason instead. You can add a promotion code to a running subscription, you get an email for every failed payment and when a subscription ends, and a canceled organization can subscribe again from the pricing or billing page.

  2. A fresh look across Solvias

    Design

The dashboard, sign-in, onboarding and pricing pages share one new design, and store settings are grouped by topic (General, Email, AI, Replies and more) with a menu that jumps straight to each section.

  3. Faster filters, and badges that say what a ticket needs

    Inbox

Inbox filters, search and the category and status chips update instantly, the back button restores them, and scrolling through a long ticket is smooth. Escalated and spam are now markers on a ticket rather than a status, the inbox badge says what the ticket needs, and escalated tickets are never auto-closed. A reply to a conversation that has been quiet for 60 days opens a new ticket instead of reviving the old one.

  4. Profile pictures and clearer roles

    Team

Add a profile picture by clicking your avatar in the account menu. When you invite someone, Select all links them to every store in one click, and the role picker explains what an admin and an agent can each do.

Fixes

  1. The Auto-send switch on funnels now sends

    Funnels

Funnel replies were held for review even with Auto-send switched on for their category. They now go out as the switch says. Auto-send is in beta: we are still monitoring how well it performs, so turning it on shows a short notice first, and keeping replies on review is the safer choice while we do.

  2. Clearer, steadier email connections

    Email

When Gmail, Outlook or an IMAP/SMTP mailbox stops working, Solvias now tells you whether it needs your action or ours. An SMTP reply that may already have left is never sent twice, Outlook syncs more reliably, and busy Gmail, Shopify and ParcelPanel accounts are slowed down gracefully instead of failing.

  3. Privacy and small fixes

    Reliability

Deleting an account or organization now also removes every stored attachment and file, and when AI is off the Spam view still fills from your mailbox's junk folder. The store switcher scrolls instead of growing, the macro editor header stays in place, and analytics charts stay readable on narrow screens.
